2005 Mandalay (by Thor) 40F has low miles and the outside gel coat is peeling (pictured), with a few scratches here and there as it has been used.
Inside is spacious, very open floor plan, there is a W/D hook-up.

The shower ceiling is sagging due to steam from the shower (pictured). The owner is a roofer by trade, has inspected the roof and there are no leaks.
