Although located in Canada, due to Canadian regulations, this RV is not available for sale to potential buyers in Canada.

2016 Thor ACE 30.1 Class A with an electric drop-down cabover bunk, rear queen private bedroom, split bathroom, sofa sleeper, dinette sleeper, gasoline generator, two slides, fully self-contained ready to travel.

The rear bedroom has its own TV over a dresser and a wardrobe closet.

The private head has a sink and medicine cabinet. The shower is 30" by 36" and is stand-up only.

The jack knife bed is 40" by 60". The booth dinette sleeper is 40" by 60". The cabover bed is 46" by 74."

The kitchen has a pull-out pantry, a 32" TV, and a broom closet.

The towing capacity is 8000 lbs.

Information On Condition

The tires are all original and have lots of tread remaining. The house battery dates are 7-20 and 6-20. The engine battery date is 1-22. The driver and passenger seats have full covers on them since the original vinyl is peeling.

There are no signs of water intrusion inside and outside.

There is minor driver-side storage compartment damage that does not affect closing.
