The Scottsdale by Newmar, lets you enjoy the freedom of the road in style and comfort. This model 3201 represents the attention to detail with the comfort and luxury of all Newmar Class A motorhomes. The 3201 is easy to handle, with the maneuverability, the 32 foot size makes it easy to get in and out of National Park or roadside campgrounds. You are able to pull through convenience store gas stops, without a search for a truck stop, or going out of your way for fuel. Yet with two "Flat Floor" slide-outs, Living and Bedroom areas, it makes for a comfortable living space. Comfortable because of two Rooftop Penguin 13,500 btu A/C units with both area 1 & 2 having Heat Pump units. The 35000 BTU propane furnace, with programmable controls, will help to kill the chill on those cold nights. The unit does have 50 amp electrical service with a 30 amp and a 20 amp adapter. Plus a portable Surge Guard $350.00 surge protector for the electrical system.
The "Fan-Tastic" Vent comes with rain sensor feature to automatically close the vent if it is raining, The unit has a 6500 watt Guardian generator, and is loaded with standard features and options such as the emergency egress windows in bedroom and rear of coach. The 10 gallon propane/electric hot water heater provides ample hot water for showers and dishes. The unit has excellent tires, low miles and recently has had a full service to the engine and generator. The pass through storage areas, handle the loading and unloading of large items with ease.
There are 2 color TV's, a 10 disc CD changer and a backup camera with a black and white display. The Optional Flexsteel Captain's chairs make racking up the miles easy, while having a commanding view of the road. This motorhome has all the amenities and comfort of a much larger, more expensive diesel unit, without the added costs associated with a bigger RV.
The unit is in very good condition as the owner changed the tires and serviced the unit and generator with new filters and fluids spring 2015. The seller says that all systems are go with the unit, fill it up and hit the road. Tires have serious tread remaining after only a few thousand miles since they were all changed in Feb 2015. Interior condition is top notch and plush, the 8 way dual Captain's Chairs, function beautifully to provide for miles of comfort over the road. Plush upholstery throughout the RV.
