One of the top features of this RV is the 300 gpd Reverse osmosis system that feeds the entire coach; it keeps the oasis electric/diesel boiler and appliances very clean with no mineral build-up. There's nothing like rinsing your coach off with its own water, and it sheet dries spotless.
This Motorhome; powered by a 500 HP Cummins ISM Pre-Emission (no DEF) engine, an Allison 4000 MH transmission, two-stage engine brake, Four-Point Hydraulic Jacks with single Touch Control and Chassis Air Leveling; all mounted on a Spartan K2 Chassis with IFS.
In the Cockpit, the array of gauges and controls are in easy view & reach. For safety and comfort the coach is equipped with a Power Tilt-and-Telescope VIP smart wheel, Memory Settings for Drivers Seat, Pedals, Steering Wheel, and Exterior Mirrors and an Electronic Chassis Information Display in Dash.
Throughout the motorhome, you will be in awe of the polished porcelain tile, the abundance of lighting, crown molding accents, and handcrafted cabinetry. Another nice feature is Power Solar/Privacy Shades throughout the living area.
In the dining and living area, you will find a U shaped dinette with two chairs with a powered dinette table, leather sofa/sleeper, and large leather queen sofa airbed with an auto pump, with a Sony entertainment system throughout.
The kitchen is well equipped with handcrafted cabinets, Polished Corian countertops, under-mounted Solid Surface Sink with flush sink covers. Other amenities include an electric cooktop, in drawer dishwasher, fully electric stainless steel residential refrigerator with ice and water in the door, stainless steel convection microwave and under-cabinet LED lighting.
A well-appointed half bath is located directly behind the kitchen is for your guest's convenience.
The master suite is located in the rear of the coach. The bedroom is inviting with its hardwood trims and cabinets, king sleep number bed, TV and DVD system. The bathroom is set up nicely with Polished Corian counter with Integrated Bowl, china toilet with vacuum flush, neo angle Corian shower with Inserts, a wardrobe with cedar paneling with a safe to store your valuables, and a stacked washer & dryer in a full-length cabinet.
Outside the Motorhome, you will find ample basement storage with two full pass-through compartments equipped with power slide-out (slide out on both sides), Heated Water & Holding Tank Compartments, basement frig/freezer, and an exterior TV with soundbar. The RV also features two Girard full-length awnings with wind sensors, led lighting in awnings.
LED lighting added to basement doors for added visibility at night.
The coach also includes an Air Force one tow vehicle braking system, fully set up for tow vehicle tire pressure monitoring.
The coach has one-year-old AGM batteries
The coach has never been winterized and always kept in a heated shop when not in use.
To the best of the owner's knowledge, the Motorhome and all of it's associated equipment are all functioning properly.
