Experienced RV'ers understand the quality of a Newmar built coach and this 4097 shows it.
The current sellers are full time and live in the coach and are wanting to step up to a larger Newmar.
There are twin recliners, one is a La-Z-Boy, that are across from the sleeper sofa and there is a living room slide out. The carpet in the living area has been replaced.
In the galley there is a new twin basin sink, microwave, three burner stove, refrigerator/freezer, solid surface counter tops, pantry and cabinet space.
There is a separate hall closet for the washer and dryer!
An enclosed bathroom features a new Thetford china toilet, shower, and a vanity with sink.
The master suite includes a queen bed and lots of storage and cabinet space.
Power is supplied by a CAT 330 HP engine and 90425 miles is showing on the odometer.
An Onan 7500 watt diesel generator is on a front slide out and shows 2286 on the hour meter.
Outside is plenty of storage with cargo slide outs, a power patio awning, window and door awning and a roof ladder.

Update 11/19: The seller reports that he has two new steering tires installed, new hot water heater, new 32" flat screen TV and has bought and installed a new couch.
The coach shows nice for it's age and shows the normal wear that is associated with it's use. I didn't notice any water stains anywhere, or any other areas of concern, although it's probably time for tires. The seller says there has been many updates including sinks and faucets, a La-Z-Boy recliner, a Thetford china bowl toilet, all cabinet hardware, window valances, light fixtures, carpet, and a flat screen TV..
