Featuring all-season operation with dual air conditioners, furnace, generator, and water heater, this Monaco has many good years left with the proper care.
While inside, enjoy watching TV or listening to music in the driver station. A TV is also available in the rear bedroom. The living area is large and features a capable kitchen with pantry. Two sofas - one a sofa sleeper - provides comfort while on the road. A dining table with four chairs is ready when it's time for your meals.
Additional space is present for another sofa. Storage space is everywhere, inside and out, and this Monaco is truly designed for long-distance and long-duration travel.

This Monaco is operational. All major systems are functional, including the generator and air conditioning. There are a variety of dings, scratches, and dents on the outside and inside. The unit is structurally sound. The front tires are new, but the rear tires need to be replaced.
The tail lights, entryway handle, awning, engine batteries, and windshield are new. The outside paint exhibits peeling and wear in several areas. At the rear location near the left-side tire, there are significant scrapes and tears of the molding.
The mirror in the bedroom at the head of the bed has a large crack. The seller thinks the roof was resealed a few years ago. No maintenance records are available. The seller says a previous owner was a mechanic.
