The current owner had installed a new tracking satellite system and had a Monaco dealership go completely through the RV and check all drivetrain and coach and fix any problems in December 2019.
Front tires are 2013, rear tires 2017, and tag tires 2012. No dry rot.
It was completely serviced everything including the aqua-hot system.
