The unit is in great overall working condition. There's been a couple minor things that the owner has had to fix, and the only thing that will not be fixed or working is the engine AC unit per the owner. It's got a brand new washer/dryer combo.
Overall, this is a very good, sound unit barely broken in with less than 64,000 miles behind its Cummins diesel 360 HP engine.
