This coach is extremely clean and in excellent condition. When it comes to needing a durable coach with elegant quality craftsmanship this Executive is clearly worth a look.
This Executive has some of the top mechanical equipment in the RV industry. Powered by a Cummins 500 hp, the Executive drives like a dream and has plenty of power to tow without knowing it. She has plenty of torque and an Allison 6-speed transmission. The 10 kW Onan quiet generator will run everything. All of this is supported by a heavy-duty Roadmaster chassis as well as a full cushion air glide suspension making this coach just about everything an RVer needs.
The Executive has a fantastic floorplan keeping the space behind the driver open and therefore reducing the amount of interruption or distractions while on the road. The bathroom is open and spacious for both the shower and the toilet. The coach comes complete with the popular Aqua Hot diesel-powered hydronic heating system. The interior is classy with beautiful wood cabinetry. The interior also features Ralph Lauren designs with soft, neutral colors.
This Executive Coach is decked out with hardwood and ceramic tile flooring. All of the countertops are Corian and the bathroom has brass fixtures. With leather furniture and a fine entertainment system including Bose speakers, you will experience the comfort and ease of a peaceful rest throughout your journey.
The quality of the design and materials is evident. The sides are laminated Gelcoat fiberglass framed around steel sidewalls. The fiberglass roof is a seamless one-piece mold.
For storage, she has a huge pass-through storage bays built with heavy-duty slide-out trays. Included is an automatic hydraulic leveling system to keep your camping simple.

Per the seller: The Exective is in very good condition.
At some point the back ladder was removed and there was leaking in the upper back cabinet of the main bedroom. The roof was sealed and there is no longer evidence of any water leaks. There is a scratch along the bottom of the passenger side. All of this can be clearly seen in the photographs.
It appears that at least some of the tires need to be replaced.
This issues are priced in to the asking price.
The seller is not aware of any other issues.
