This is a 1997 Monaco Dynasty series Baron III Class A motor home. It is powered by a Cummins Diesel motor with 330 horsepower. The mileage can not be read but was told the unit has about 85,000 miles on it.
This unit is a fixer-upper and is being sold as-is. It was owned by a production company for tours prior. The sellers bought it about a year ago to do a full renovation and just didn't have the time to do it. Hence the reason for selling.
The bathroom is complete and in good condition. The shower is excellent. The main bedroom is also in great condition. The cabinets are very good, but the walls need attention.
The RV does not have a kitchen. The roof has a leak but it's in the shower stall.
There is a hole in the floor outside the bathroom as well.
The sellers will require at least a weeks notice for showings on a Saturday.
