Automatic leveling system, 10.0kW Onan generator, back up camera, full security system, automatic steps, keyless entry, and light up handles at entry. Chrome wheels with Roush Racing on the hubcaps and large storage trays below that roll out on either side. Aqua-Hot water heater and central vacuum.
Driver and passenger seats can recline, and the passenger side has an automatic floor over stairs and small work areas that pull out with storage. Automatic privacy blinds on both sides of the front and sides.
All windows have blinds with day and night options with valances.
Crown molding throughout in an intricate wood pattern.
Wood cabinets throughout the unit with plenty of storage.
Small desk mobile area with extension. Leather reclining chair with ottoman. The leather couch has lounge seating at one end and also pulls out for a bed.
Dinette pulls out to seat 2 and has an extension to seat 4. Two dining chairs and two wood folding chairs that match.
Interior has the Ralph Lauren color option, which includes Corian counters throughout the unit, including a dinette table, tile and glass backsplashes in the kitchen area, and rich wood cabinets. Ceramic tile in the kitchen area and carpet in the living area. Has a central vacuum.
The bedroom has a queen bed with two end tables and a security camera with controls for the unit on one side has a chest with a cushion to sit on, and storage below. Vanity sink with cedar lined closet and storage cabinet with rod for hanging that can be converted to host a washer/dryer--a second closet with mirrored double doors and storage below. Pocket door to close off the bedroom.
The bathroom has a corner vanity. The shower has a toiletry dispenser and mirror for shaving--skylight in the shower.
The kitchen has a double sink with a deeper sink on one side. Two burner stove and convection/microwave unit. A new refrigerator with french doors just installed this summer--plenty of storage with pull out shelves to extend counter in two places and a pantry.
The ceiling has padded recessed panels.
Has all maintenance records and owner manuals on the unit.
With 10,000 maximum towing capability, you can tow a car and keep the racing spirit alive that this unit was made for.
The inside of the unit is in great condition.
2 batteries were replaced last year.
New refrigerator installed this summer.
All electronics are in working order. No issues.
Outside better than average condition for year of unit.
Has a few small blemishes on the front of the unit that can be buffed out with no damage to paint.
