With three slides, the 39F is roomy for its size. Two sofas and the driver and passenger seats swivel to allow everyone a place to sit and relax.

Heading past the kitchen to the left is the bathroom with a sink and toilet to the left and an ample shower to the right. Two doors to the bathroom allow easy access from the hallway or the main bedroom.
The rear of the coach is the large bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a new mattress. Two nightstands on each side of the bed and room to walk around each side. Three closet areas that have hanging space and lots of storage areas. Also, there is a washer and dryer hookup in the closet that is currently used as extra storage space.
Low miles, and the unit was recently serviced. There are 546 hours on the generator, according to the meter on the generator. The gauge on the dash was replaced, and the hours were reset and currently show 61.1.
The seller states that the Presidio is in great condition and everything functions as it is intended.
