This 2014 Jayco Precept 31UL has been well cared for and maintained. The three slide-outs provide plenty of interior space whether you are living full time, for extended periods, or just entertaining family and friends. There are three TVs, a built-in motorized 40-inch TV on a lift that stores out of sight with a touch of a button at the dinette seating, a flush-mounted flat screen in the rear bedroom, and one in the exterior entertainment center.
The kitchen has a three-burner stove, oven, double refrigerator-freezer, ice maker, solid surface countertops, and a microwave convection oven. A dual stainless steel sink with inserts and a pull-out counter makes kitchen chores and food prep easy.
The Precept comes with an easy access cockpit with full instrumentation. The unit has the trailering package, a Triton V10 engine, anti-lock brakes, and the Torque shift 5-speed transmission. All Jayco RVs come with the patented J-Ride System, which has a computer-balanced driveshaft and a heavy-duty sway bar. The J-Ride System provides a smooth and consistent handling RV.
The bathroom and shower are separate and are a great time saver. The shower has a skylight with plenty of headroom.
The rear bedroom has a wall of drawers and good sized wardrobe with two closets, a vanity, and a flush-mounted flat-screen TV. The unit has a new memory foam queen-size mattress.
RV shows excellent, Very clean, with no foul odors. Optional electric leather recliners, Satellite TV. Recent tires and maintenance. A well-kept RV. No damage to the exterior. According to the seller, everything works. Seller wants to move this unit now and will listen to all reasonable offers.
