Upon visiting this Precept 31UL for pictures, it was found to be in very nice condition and clean.
It is obvious it has been well-maintained by the seller and backed up by extensive files of maintenance records, receipts, etc.
The seller explains there have been many recent upgrades, including re-upholstery of all seating surfaces, batteries, and all TVs, and the awning has been replaced.
The seller states, to the best of her knowledge, all functions and features work as intended.
