First of all, you should know that this motorhome owner is an RV Inspector and Repairman. So, you know it has been well cared for!
This coach has everything you need. It has special features that you will not find in all coaches. For example, the stove and oven are on one side of the motorhome, and the sink and microwave/convection oven are on the other side. This gives you loads of prep space. Above the stove is a pot filler, which allows you to add water to pots without going over to the sink. The refrigerator/freezer is electric only (no propane), and it's full size with an icemaker.
Another great feature is your big-screen television is right across from your comfortable couch. Much easier to watch. With the fireplace underneath it being a nice touch as well. The television actually swings out and has a place for your bar or other items. One of the best features is the bath and a half! Add in the king-size bed and a washer and dryer, and this motorhome has it all!
The floors are beautiful tile, and you have a dining table that seats four.
Outside you have so much storage space. It has an easy slideout tray that is two compartments wide and can be accessed from either side of the coach.
The motorhome has a protective coating on the front that is the same as a truck bed liner. It not only protects the paint but looks really good too.
It has an outdoor television, a huge patio awning, plus an awning over your entry door. Of course, it has an automatic leveling system, and it is rated to tow 10,000 lbs.
Don't be afraid to take it up North because it also has the Arctic Package.
With only 26,000 miles on a Cummins diesel, you will be enjoying this one for a long time!
This is a well cared for diesel pusher. All of the floors, sofa and chair upholstery are clean and no marks.
The only imperfections I noticed were a couple of cracks in the mirror on the bed headboard. All other windows and mirrors are perfect.
The tire date is 1719, which means they were manufactured in May 2019. Lots of life left.
