There is no trouble traveling through the mountains with the upgraded Cummins 400HP ISL 8.9L engine, turbo-charged w/2-stage Jacobs "Jake" engine brake, and Allison 6-speed transmission. The coach comes with a Freightliner Evolution chassis & a 10,000-lb hitch. Plenty of range with the 100-gallon fuel tank that fills from either side.
Spacious and desirable layout with 3 slides, adjacent couches in the front living area that convert to beds. The unique floor plan includes an extra sink/vanity in the master bedroom. Two large adjacent slides open up the living room and kitchen to give you plenty of space.
The Living/Lounge area has super soft and comfortable buff ultra-leather sofas and captain chairs. The Driver and Passenger seats swivel around and recline, plus the passenger seat has a footrest. You have a Rest Easy dual power reclining sofa w pull-out ottomans, converts to Queen bed; adjacent jack-knife sofa converts to an additional Queen bed.
If the gang is hungry, you'll have an amazing kitchen to feed the troops. All-hardwood quality-made, durable and beautiful cabinets in Sierra Maple. Solid surface countertops w/ sink covers. Nice features are a pull-out sprayer residential faucet and extra drinking water filtration under the kitchen sink.
The coach has a four-door fridge LP/AC, a 3-burner Amana LP range w/ integrated cover, a Combination Convection/Microwave Oven hood w exhaust fan. It was also included a freestanding dinette, expandable table w/leaf, 4 chairs, and large tinted windows for panoramic views. The pull-out pantry provides generous storage. To help with the clean-up, you have a central vac dustpan, hoses & attachments & power vent attic fan.
In the RV, the bathroom consists of a central bathroom with pocket door access to the main area and a master BR, with a porcelain toilet in a separate compartment. You also have a spacious 1-piece seamless fiberglass shower with an integrated seat & variable speed power vent fan.
Time for bed? The bedroom has a King-size Sleep Number bed- flips up w storage underneath. Also, you have a 32" flat-panel TV with a DVD entertainment system on the bedside table for easy access. Other bonuses include a sink and vanity cabinet in the master BR, a ceiling fan, a full-length cedar closet & a separate furnace/thermostat.
Other great features include Michelin full-size 22.5 tires with aluminum rims, 3-view camera system - rear & side (activate w turn signals), auto-leveling hydraulic jacks, a Cummins Onan 8000-watt Diesel Generator, a tire Pressure Monitoring System, plus an upgraded canvas patio, door, and window awnings, protected by metal enclosures, Slide toppers on all slide-outs to protect from debris.
The coach has a one-piece crowned fiberglass roof, full coach water filtration system, an outdoor shower, black water tank flush system. Cool features include Winegard Connect Wi-Fi/LTE booster antenna, multiple lighting options throughout for versatility & ambiance, cordless cellular blinds throughout -both blackout and sunshade (mini blinds kitchen/bath), pre-wired for cable/dish for all 3 TVs, quiet basement residential ducted A/C, and pre-wired/plumbed for washer/dryer.

The coach appears in excellent condition inside & out--a beautiful RV with all the upgrades available. We're told everything works as it should & nothing is needed but a new owner to take it on its next adventure.
We're told always well maintained. The seller replaced the alternator and all batteries (coach and chassis) with NAPA commercial batteries end of 2019. Periodic maintenance performed in late 2019, including radiator flush, all fluids changed. Engine oil and generator oil both changed when winterized in Oct 2020 at RV dealership (not driven or used since). A new inverter 2018
Just add fuel, and you're ready to go!
