Condition: According to the seller it is an exceptionally well cared for unit. It ran great and the generator fired right up. Very clean and no odor. Seller says anytime that any issues came up, they fixed as needed. Was a mobile work home office for several years.
Outside photos are correct. Scrapes and battle scars. Missing light cover and cover for the awning. Minor stuff.
Has not sat long, used until recently according to the owners.
Looks like a small windshield leak sometime in the past as you can see near the entry door. The seller said it was addressed a long time ago and a new windshield was put in. No soft spots.
The rear tires look good, about 2 years old per the seller. Front tires may need to change due to visible dry rot.
