Really, this one is a must on your shortlist of units.
Think of it you and your buddies headed to the big game or a weekend at the race. Maybe, you and your family are headed to the beach or mountains. You could not find a better unit.
The unit has a few small cosmetic issues. Overall this unit is in good shape. It has been kept covered most of the time, so no known roof issues.
Tires less than 2 years old.
The A/C units work well.
The generator is in good shape.
