There is so much to say about this unit. First off it has the new Ford Triton V8. That's right, no more V10's. The V8 has more horsepower, more torque, and is better on fuel mileage.
The seller has added:
Road master heavy duty anti-sway bar, Timbres front suspension system, SAFE-T-PLUS steering dampened,
Front mudflaps, Roof vent covers and Step covers all at an additional $6k cost. It also comes with solar panels for extended boon docking.
This unit is perfect for the traveling family, or to live in. It has a bath and a half, a drop down bed, a dinette sleeper and an electric king size bed with a memory foam topper.
The furniture is leather, and the floors are vinyl. The driver and passenger seat are powered, and you have a work station desk for the passenger.
The large dinette sleeper with storage underneath is located behind the driver. Across from the dinette is the kitchen with a double sink, three burner stove, conventional oven and a microwave/convection oven. Your residential size refrigerator/freezer has not one, but two ice makers. A Slim Spaceplus system is in the door and another is in the freezer compartment. A nice two door pantry with pullout drawers is located past the sofa.
The sofa is a four seat recliner with the end seats being electric. The end seats offer heat and massage as well. It sits across from the entertainment center that features a LCD televison, bluetooth stereo and an electric fireplace. There is also a sound bar.
The half bath is just past the television, and next is the bedroom. In the bedroom you have the king size bed that will raise up for wathcing televison or reading. The bedroom has USB ports on each side of the bed, and a wardrobe as well as other drawers. In another closet you have a full size washer and dryer by Splindide.
A great part of this motorhome is the master bath. It has double sinks, and double medicine cabinets with a separate cabinet in between. The shower is large and has gorgeous grey tile on the walls.
Outside there is an outdoor television, and a stereo with exterior speakers. They sit underneath your large awing that is lit with LED lights. This unit has not one but 3 passthrough compartments. The first one is really 2 bays, and then there are two more. The full body paint really shines!

This is a 2022 Georgetown by Forest River that has been lived in by a single male for two months. It was never taken on a trip. It only has 1,654 miles and 1.5 hours on the generator.
I saw no defects anywhere inside, or outside of the unit.
