Forest River designed a spacious layout on this GT3 due to the large slide in the main living area. Relax on the sofa/sleeper that also has comfortable footrests. Enjoy the large flat screen TV on the opposite wall above the galley sink.
The fully equipped galley provides a large countertop with a countertop extension, a dishwasher, a double sink, three burner stove/oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer. There is a nice amount of cabinet storage for all your cooking essentials.
This coach sleeps seven comfortably. The master bedroom offers a KING BED with another TV to enjoy. There is a nice dresser and wardrobe storage for all your clothing. Above the drivers area is an electric pull-down bed and the booth dinette converts as well.
The full-width bathroom has a private toilet and sink/vanity on one side and a shower on the other side.
Set up is a breeze with rear and side cameras and the auto leveling system. There are numerous exterior storage compartments for all your gear.
The RV is equipped with an Onan 4.0kW generator with only 104 hours.
Relax outside under the 20' power awning with LED lighting and enjoy the exterior Kitchen with refrigerator and sink. There is an LP connection for a grill. There is also an exterior TV and speakers to enjoy.
In August of 2021, this coach had a brand new set of Mitoyo tires including a front-end alignment. The tires have 6500 miles on them and show little or no wear.
This class A also has a steering stabilizer upgrade, she runs smooth, straight, and true.
This coach is equipped will all new Koni high-performance shock absorbers. 4 Sumi body to frame shocks. a 2nd rear Roadmaster stabilizer bar. and a rear Steer Straight axle to frame stabilizer bar to eliminate rear tail wag" caused by passing semi trucks.
This Georgetown is in excellent condition, clean inside and out. Per the seller, all features of this coach work as designed. The coach is stored in a garage and it shows no sun damage.
The engine has had it's oil and filter changed every 5000 miles professionally using full synthetic premium oil.
The Cummins Onan onboard generator has low hours and has been properly maintained and has been exercised ( ran under load for 2 hours per month) per the manufacturer's recommendations.
