This low-miles 2018 Forest River FR3 29DS, located in Norman, OK, has everything your family needs, like TVs, tons of storage, a King bed, and plenty of room for their friends too!
As you step inside the coach, you're greeted with a spacious living and dining area, including a large dinette sleeper adjacent to a kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, and four-door refrigerator. There is a dropdown bunk over the driver/passenger area. You can watch the big game or a movie on the 40 "LED TV while relaxing on the plush leather jackknife sofa too.
As you walk to the rear of the coach, there is a generous bathroom with a garden shower, medicine cabinet, sink, and toilet; just past the hallway bathroom is a king-size bed opposite a full-cabinet wall, a makeup table, and an LED TV.
Powered by the reliable Ford Triton V-10 engine, this motorhome has additional features like self-leveling jacks, 50 amp service, two A/Cs, side view cameras, a rearview camera, exterior kitchen, Onan 5.5KW Generator, and 5000lbs hItch too.
This single-owner motorhome is in good condition with plenty of service records, the finish has some minor scratches and could use good detailing.
The skylight over the shower was replaced after a hail storm, at the same time the roof was resealed, receipts are available, the roof seams and sealants are clean and tight.
The instrument cluster was replaced in Winter 2022, the mileage is accurate, with receipts.
The interior is clean, the appliances and finishes appear in nice condition.
The driver's seat and passenger seat suffer from peeling of the bonded leather (shown in photos), the dinette was reupholstered in Winter 2022, and driver and passenger covers were added at this time; the sofa leather upholstery does not appear to be as affected, it is supple, with two peeling areas and scratches shown.
Overall the interior shows no stains or odors.
The wooden barn door between the bedroom and the hallway was replaced with a curtain, the barn door is included.
