What a fun and nice home away from home, which includes a portable porch with a TV and fridge.
This coach has a very unique floorplan including a drop-down bed, sleeper dinette, bunk beds, and a king-size serenity bed to sleep a total of 10 adults and kids.
It also has a bath and a half and on-demand hot water to make it easier to have a crowd.
On top of that, there is a drop-down porch in the rear that has its own stairs, fencing, bathroom, tv, refrigerator, and microwave for those fun evenings outside in the summer on the beach or in the mountains.
There is a tracking king satellite dish to keep you up-to-date on your favorite shows.
Outside under the awning, there is another TV for another group to watch their program or game.
It is all about extended living in this coach, and it has a lot of it.
If you decide to stay in, there are theater recliners and a fireplace with its own tv.
To keep everything going, there is a 7.0kW Onan generator and a solar panel to keep the batteries charged when off the grid.

The condition is very good overall.
The front tires were replaced this year with a date code of 3222. The rest of the tires were deemed to be in good enough condition not to have to replace.
The interior is in very good condition. There are some minor wear areas on the dinette seats and on the bunk cabinet doors. Very minor and hardly noticeable.
