You will note all the space in the main living area due to the opposing slides. A double-long, Flexsteel sofa sleeper is on the left with queen sleepers! Great TV viewing from the sofa thanks to the swing mount forward TV.
The kitchen features a residential size Samsung microwave, 4-door Norcold stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, three burner stove with oven, and double kitchen sink.
Moving aft, you will note the combo washer and dryer in the bathroom with a large corner shower with skylight, Porcelain toilet, vanity, and medicine cabinet.
In the owner's suite, there is a large cedar-lined closet, plenty of additional storage, queen size bed, and a TV on a swing mount.
Power comes from the 8.1 Liter Vortec V8 Engine and six-speed Allison 1000 Series Transmission. This unit comes with the optional 2nd AC unit with a heat pump. It has a 5.5KW Onan generator with only 32 hours on it to keep things running onboard!
This unit was purchased by the seller in 2012 after the unit was vandalized on the dealer lot. It has a salvage title and had fire and smoke damage.
The seller states the side window just behind the entry door was broken and a firebomb of some sort was thrown in and caused fire and smoke damage throughout the unit.
The seller replaced the flooring, furniture, roof, TV's. window blinds/treatments, ceiling, wallpaper, and some woodwork between 2016 and 2018.
It is still in need of trim around the refrigerator and the copilot computer workstation.
