The well-appointed kitchen features a residential-sized stainless steel refrigerator with french doors and an ice maker, an induction stovetop, and a convection microwave.
The oversized bathroom with a hall entrance and a bedroom entrance is also the home of the stacked washing machine and dryer for extra convenience on the road.
There's a removable table that fits in between the swivel driver's and passenger's seats.
This Southwind has four TVs - one outside, one in the back bedroom, one in the living area, and one in the front. Wifi booster is also included, along with a satellite TV.
Plenty of storage inside and outside.
Lighter wood cabinets, plenty of windows, and four slides make this Southwind seem extra roomy.
Everything appears to be in good working order. I did not see any signs of wear. The seller has a dog, but there were no pet odors, fur, or stains anywhere.
Seller purchased this new in 2019. He briefly used it as a rental a few times until a renter took the RV under a 10' bridge. The RV spent many months in 2020 back at the factory having the roof and the air conditioners replaced.
The title is still good and is not a salvage title. Great opportunity to purchase a barely used 2019 coach with a brand new roof and air conditioners.
