2006 Fleetwood Providence 39V For Sale

This is an exceptionally well maintained 2006 Fleetwood Providence 39V. This Class A diesel pusher has all the comforts of home you'd ever wish to hit the road with and everything appears to be in excellent condition.

The exterior is a very tasteful palette of creams and tan looks to be in exceptional condition for a 14 year old coach. Pride of ownership is evidenced throughout and years of inside storage has paid off in the resulting condition.

Storage is abundant and very clean. Access is very good throughout with large access panels and smooth operation. All major systems have good access for operation and service.

There is a large outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge, ample storage,sink, electrical outlet and a 6' stainless steel countertop. There is also a pull out entertainment storage center with stereo, CD player and TV. Everything is covered by the main awning that looks to be in good condition both mechanically and cosmetically.

The interior is also in excellent condition and all systems are reported to be in good working condition. Forward seating is in cream leather with a power driver seat. The fully instrumented dash is clean and clear with all gauges and controls well placed for ease of operation. All upholstery here and throughout the coach appear to be in very good condition with minimal signs of wear.

The living area has a fold out couch behind the driver and a swivel/rocker opposite. A freestanding table with 4 chairs is aft of the couch and the galley is opposite. There are ample, clean overhead storage cabinets ringing the area

The galley is very well laid out and equipped. Corian counters, tile backsplash and wood cabinets give it a classic look while the modern appliances make if functional. A huge fridge/freezer, microwave with convection and the 3 burner stove/oven will allow you to handle any food prep required while ample drawer, cabinet and slide outs will keep everything organized.

A sliding door separates the front and rear sections of the motor home. Moving aft there is a large vanity with sink on the driver side and a full head opposite. The bathroom is very well lit and ventilated. A full shower stall is present as well as an electric toilet, sunlight, window and grab rails.

Rear is the walk around queen bed in it's own slide out with small shelves and storage to either side. Opposite is an upholstered easy chair and a large dresser with mirror. Windows are arranged around the area to provide natural lighting and all window treatments are present and in good condition.

The rear wall houses a cabinet with a swivel TV and more storage. Cabinet under the TV houses a washer/dryer all in one unit. Adjacent is a huge double closet with hanging rods and multiple storage shelves
