Although located in Canada, due to Canadian regulations, this RV is not available for sale to potential buyers in Canada.

This 2004 Pace Arrow 37A is in great condition. It has very VERY low miles, and it is ready to travel.

The current owner has provided excellent care and maintenance (maintenance invoices in the motorhome).

The unit has lots of storage inside as well as outside.

The 84" interior height gives the riders a residential feeling.

It includes a Road Master tow bar and Brake Buddy brake system for towing.

The updated roof is only 1.5 years old.

Newer washer/dryer combo (used one season only).

It has a Lippert power leveling system.

This model could be used with the slides closed.

Information On Condition

According to the current owner, the unit was recently used.

All the equipment and accessories are in working order.

The unit has been well maintained. Ready for the next adventure.

The owner is easily available for showings.
