This 2006 Flair 33R by Fleetwood is a great classic RV in the Fleetwood tradition. Powered by a Chevy 8.1L Vortec engine, this coach has plenty of power down the road and is easy to drive with a 5-speed Allison transmission.
Comfort, great design, and many amenities await you in this elegant coach. Full wall slides give you a lot of space in the living area. It has a sofa sleeper and dinette that makes into a bed.
The kitchen/galley is complete with a double kitchen sink, microwave oven, stove, and full-size refrigerator/freezer.
Going back into the coach, there is a complete bathroom with vanity, mirrors, full-size shower with a skylight.
The main bedroom has a slide-out with queen size bed, tons of storage in the cabinets, mirrored closets, and drawer space for your things.
Stored indoors for 80% of the time, you will love seeing it yourself in Santa Rosa, CA.
The seller reports the condition as "very good" with the following repair issues:
One Jack is reluctant to retract (driver front).
Minor wiring issue (traced to the steering column).
The bed platform needs to be rebuilt.
Minor body damage back passenger corner.
Will need:
New tires,& the awning over the front slide-out replaced.
Generator condition is unknown.
