Upholstery is in good condition, except the passenger front seat has some slight wear in the middle.

The bedroom pedestal does not have a mattress at this time. According to the Owner, a king or queen size will fit fine.

Tile and wood flooring look fresh.

The TV spot above the front dash is covered with white paperboard at this time. The old TV was removed, and a new one was added to a custom cabinet in the living area. This empty TV box can be turned into a storage cabinet or anything else with some work.

The roof appears intact with no signs of leaks at this time. However, there is evidence of a previous skylight leak, which caused some bubbling and stains in the rear closet (see photos). That leak has been repaired, but the stains remain.

Both the engine and generator sound smooth upon startup.

Tires look good and have mixed date codes of 2013, 2015, and 2017.
