This is a high end RV by Country Coach. This motorhome retailed for over $700,000 in 2008.The interior is beautiful tile floor and tan leather furniture. The cabinets and trim are made of solid wood, and the floors are marble.
The RV has a 625 horsepower C-15 Caterpillar Motor and trans. All tires are 5 years old and have plenty of wear left. The RV has a Tire Pressure management system.
The batteries were changed in October of 2018. The unit has as Onan 12.5 kW Quiet liquid-cooled generator, an Aqua Hot water system, a HWH auto air leveling system, solid cherry cabinets throughout, Corian counters, residential refrigerator, The 3 A/C units are 15,000 BTU each with heat pumps.
Washer and Dryer, Safe, 3 LCD TV's ( 2 inside 1 outside), Power blinds throughout, The bed has a King size mattress and foam top, 2 full width electric storage cargo trays, plenty of interior storage, 50 amp electric cord, Top of the line silver coach monitoring system. It also comes with a HD satellite with auto find antenna, and Thermal pane windows.
The trailer in the photos is included. Also, this motorhome and trailer are titled in Montana with a Montana LLC. The LLC can be included in the sale. Both the RV and Trailer have "Permanent" tags (Montana) so there is no annual registration.
This is an opportunity to get an extremely high end coach at below the average retail value.
This motorhome is in great condition for its age. The marble floors, cabinets and trim all show good condition without any blemishes.
The tires are of different ages with the front tires being the newest. Some of the rear tires may need replacing.
The only real wear I noticed was a small patch on top where some of the paint is wearing.
