This 2003 38' Intrigue Suite Escape First Avenue Edition by County Coach has been well kept throughout the nearly 51,000 miles it's traveled. The current owners keep the coach inside when not used to protect it from the Midwest weather.
At just under 40ft. and with the tag axle chassis, the coach handles exceptionally well for its size. The 8.9L Cummins ISL diesel motor is rated at 400HP and 1,200ft. lbs. of torque provide all the power you'll need and support 10,000lbs. towing capacity.
A walk inside finds an open and airy front living space layout with a jack knife sofa and two sitting chairs. The driver and passenger seats also swivel into the living space and feature heated massage controls.
The kitchen and dining table, with four chairs, are mid-coach. The kitchen features abundant counter and storage space and a residential-style double-door refrigerator/freezer.
The vanity and shower separate the bathroom on the driver's side of the coach and private space with the toilet and second sink on the opposite side.
The entire space, along with the main bedroom, can be closed off from the living area to form the main suite at the rear of the coach.
There is a queen bed with nightstands and electrical outlets on each side. Cabinetry at the foot of the bed, including a built-in entertainment center and combo washer/dryer. There is also a full closet at the back of the coach with a built-in safe for valuables while you're on the road.
This 2003 County Coach Intrigue presents very well from the moment you walk up.
The exterior is clean and free from any dents or significant scratches. The InvisaShield on the front is cracked and weathered but is not peeling. Please note the white streak in the pictures is NOT a scratch. It is the way the lighting hit the raised edges of the logo on the front of the coach.
All exterior compartments opened, closed and locked as expected and showed no signs of water.
Most mechanical systems, including the radiant heating system, are in working order.
Of note: The seller has disconnected the motor drive on the main awning because the wind sensor seems to bring the awning back in even under a slight breeze and uses a cordless drill to manually extend the awning instead.
The on-board Silver Leaf system display likely has a short making the screen unable to be read. All critical systems have gauges for monitoring them elsewhere in the coach.
The combo washer / dryer doesn't always complete the cycle and needs to be serviced or replaced but hasn't been a priority for the owner based on their use of the coach.
The interior of the coach is in very good condition with no rips, tears or signs of excessive wear anywhere. All cabinets and drawers opened and closed easily.
