This highly desirable one-and-a-half bath Encounter 37FW by Coachman gives you everything you need for family living or entertaining and then some!
You'll appreciate the room that the two sliders provide in the bedroom, kitchen and living areas. The Superslide gives you a substantial amount of room for entertaining and daily living.
You'll also appreciate the large, separate bedroom/bathroom area, with a king-sized bed, plenty of storage in the bedroom, and a huge storage area under the bed. The bathroom in the master has a toilet, a sink, vanity, and large shower.
The second, half-bath is great for guests, or just as a second bathroom when you have friends or family along for the trip.
The large, main living area consists of a sleeper-sofa, a swivel recliner/rocker chair, and the two swivel chairs in the driver and passenger area. There is also a full-sized sofa-sleeper and a dinette area that converts into a queen bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop with cover, a double sink with covers, a nice backsplash, a full-sized side by side refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of space to cook in. There's also a convection microwave that adds convenience to your dining pleasure.
There is plenty of storage outside of the unit, and you'll appreciate having tires that are only about 6 months old, so you don't have to worry about added expenses for years to come!

Everything on this unit has been well maintained, and barely used.
There are a no nicks or scratches anywhere inside this unit, and everything works as it should per the seller.
The full body paint, for the most part, looks like it has been kept undercover.
However, there are a couple of scratches on the passenger side of the coach and the front passenger side also appears to have some sign of cracking.
The awnings over the slide-outs show some sign of sun damage, and there is about a 3-4 inch tear on the end of the super slide awning, but nothing has been leaking or caused any issues.
