This is a very nice 2006 Coachman Encore 40TS - with a Good Sam Warranty & CAT C7! What I first noticed upon entering RV is the spaciousness of the living area. Sofa on one side and love seat on the other - making a great conversation area.
The RV exterior still shines, and the seller has taken many nice long trips with it. There is a queen bed in the back with a separate toilet and shower. Please note the bedroom slide was not extended fully due to the large hedge next to it. There is a washer/dryer combo unit.
Storage is awesome - see the full-width slide-out storage compartments - accessible from either side! For electricity - there is an 8K Onan diesel gen for lots of power, 925 hours. See the brochure pictures in the listing - for lots of info!
This is a very nice Coachmen Encore 40TS with a Good Sam assumable warranty. The exterior still shines and the interior looks like new. Tire and batteries all in good shape, and maintenance up to date. All working - seller did indicate an issue with the door awning, needing replacing.
Good Sam extended warranty - assumable.
