This was a one owner motorhome since new, older couple owned it till they got sick and had to sell because they couldn't take it out any longer, so I bought it. Then, took it on a trip to Lakeland; stayed in it a week and it was it awesome, got cold...turned on the heat, got tootsie warm, and around noon started getting warm, so turned on the AC and it cooled right off, this is a 300hp turbo-diesel, with a 6 speed Allison transmission.
The previous owner kept all the records, of everything done to this motor-coach.
I've upgraded the stereo, tv, and other stuff, way too much to mention. Really appreciate the 7000watt generator...when hurricane Irma came through I sat out in it and watched movies. We ran electric cords: 2 to my house one across the street and 1 to my neighbor's house out back and it ran 3 houses for 4 days, I shut it down for only 4 hours, the whole 4 days power was out, and that took 20 gallons of diesel fuel for the whole time.
Normal wear for a 1995 model. The motor started right up as did the generator. The roof feels solid and the owner states there are no leaks. There are some personal effects inside that will be removed at closing. Good amount of storage and walking space.
